Remote Controller Vision Test Equipment
Purpose : To automatically test a remote controller’s exterior printing and pushing of each of its buttons
Outline : This test equipment, based on PC/PLC control, tests a remote-controller’s printing condition and LCD-display status when pushing each button. It analyzes and tests after receiving an infrared-ray signal when pushing a button. Its processes are designed in the order of supply, testing, NG production and fair quality production using a turntable method.
