Motor Rotor Core Breakaway Reliability Test Equipment
Purpose : To test reliability of breakaway of a wdd motor rotor core for vacuums
Outline : This test equipment, based on PC/servo-control, tests whether a core of a rotor breaks away or not by setting an environmental temperature using a chamber and rotating a rotor at high speed. It is designed to set a high temperature and high speed rotation speed and be stopped automatically by detecting vibration when a core breaks away.
